本文提出了水电站(包括常规水电站和抽水蓄能电站)以其空闲容量向系统提供补充事故备用之动态效益的定量评估方法。该法由可靠性指标年期望值计算和经济价值分析两部分组成.文末给出了应用实例。实例表明,该评估方法在计算上是可行的,所给出的效益的货币价值是合理的。
This paper presents a quantitative assessment of the dynamic benefits of hydropower plants (including conventional hydropower plants and pumped storage plants) that provide supplementary accident backup to their systems at their free capacity. The method is composed of two parts: the expected value of reliability index and the economic value analysis. The example shows that this method is computationally feasible and the monetary value of the given benefits is reasonable.
