11月15日至16日,国家林业局天保中心叶荣华总工、刘永红处长对宁夏天然林资源保护二期工程实施情况进行了调研。调研组先后到白芨滩国家级自然保护区和位于宁夏贺兰山东麓的张裕摩塞尔十五世酒庄、志辉源石酒庄进行调研,每到一处,叶荣华总工详细了解森林资源管护、公益林建设、国有林场发展、职工生产生活情况及葡萄产业发展情况,对用好用活国家政策,加快国有林区转型发展,提高林区职工的生活水平,提出了意见和建议。
From November 15 to November 16, Chief Inspector Ye Ronghua of the Natural Forest Protection Center of the State Forestry Administration and Director Liu Yonghong conducted a survey on the implementation of the Phase II Project of Ningxia Natural Forest Resources Conservation. The research team went to Baijiantan National Nature Reserve and Zhangyu Mosel XV Winery and Zhihuiyuan Stone Winery at the eastern foot of Helan Mountain in Ningxia. Resource management and protection, construction of public welfare forest, development of state-owned forest farms, production and living conditions of employees and development of grape industry, put forward opinions and suggestions on making good use of living national policies, speeding up the transformation and development of state-owned forest areas and raising living standards of forest area workers .
