本文针对宜昌洪峰流量频率计算中历史洪水同实测流量经验点据存在的不协调现象加以分析。通过分析说明脱节现象是在国内外许多河流中出现过的现象。特大值的出现是符合三峡河段水文客观规律的。宜昌近一百年实测流量系列处于洪水的低值期,系列虽长,但是由于流域面积大,组合情况复杂,代表性仍感不足,频率曲线与经验点据仍有脱节现象。目前使用的宜昌历史洪水同实测点据结合而拟定的频率曲线是合适的。
In this paper, Yichang flood peak frequency calculation of historical floods with the measured point of experience of existing data is analyzed the incompatibility. Through the analysis shows that the phenomenon of disjunction has occurred in many rivers at home and abroad. The appearance of super-large value is in line with the objective laws of hydrology of the Three Gorges. Nearly one hundred years of measured flow series in Yichang have been at a low flood period. Although the series are long, the representativeness of the series is still inadequate due to the large area of the drainage basin and the combination situation, and there is still a disconnect between the frequency curve and the experience point. Currently used Yichang historical flood measured points with the actual combination of the proposed frequency curve is appropriate.
