2005年我国各级法院全面加强知识产权司法保护工作,充分发挥各项审判职能,依法受理和裁判案件,综合运用各项诉讼制度和执法措施,严厉制裁知识产权侵权犯罪行为,大力规范市场经济秩序。知识产权刑事、民事、行政案件受理数和审结数在总体上持续共同增长．知识产权审判工作的质量和效率不断提高,保护力度不断加大．保护水平不断提升．全社会更加信赖和注重知识产权司法保护。
In 2005, courts at all levels in China comprehensively strengthened the judicial protection of intellectual property, gave full play to their trial functions, accepted and judged cases in accordance with the law, comprehensively applied various litigation systems and law enforcement measures, severely punished intellectual property infringement and crimes and vigorously regulated market economic order . The number of criminal cases, civil cases and administrative cases of IPRs and the number of trial cases continued to grow together on the whole. The quality and efficiency of intellectual property adjudication work has been continuously improved and protection efforts have been continuously strengthened. Protection level continues to improve. The whole society trusts and pays more attention to the judicial protection of intellectual property.
