This project is a pilot residential project for the comprehensive construction of Liufu Town in Shenqiu County of the Ministry of Construction. It was awarded the second prize for excellent design of Henan Province in 1993 and the second prize for excellent design of the Ministry of Construction. After the project was constructed and modified, it repeatedly sought the opinions of the Science and Technology Committee of the Ministry of Construction and the famous national construction experts.
