科技迅猛发展,新知识不断涌现并向着高度分化和高度综合的方向发展。新技术、新材料、新工艺的出现,使工业生产发生巨大变革,也使科技人员的知识更新。为了使本国在职工程人员赶上时代的步伐,各发达国家纷纷采取对策,为企业在职工程技术人员提供学习机会,创造进修培训的条件。发达国家企业技术人员的大学后继续教育各有特色,其中有许多是值得我们参考和学习的。
With the rapid development of science and technology, new knowledge is constantly emerging and moving towards a highly differentiated and highly integrated direction. The advent of new technologies, new materials and new technologies has led to great changes in industrial production and renewed the knowledge of scientists and technicians. In order to make its own country’s working staff to catch up with the pace of the times, all developed countries have taken countermeasures to provide in-service engineering and technical personnel to learn opportunities and create conditions for further training. The post-university continuing education of enterprise technicians in developed countries has its own characteristics, many of which are worth our reference and study.
