科学技术的进步是增强经济力的重要的弹簧。技术通过经济活动而渗透到社会多方面。人们是以经济活动为媒介,接受技术进步的影响的。在经济活动的主体生产活动中,硬件(机械设备等)与软件(使用硬件的技能)是不可缺少的。综合二者便被理解为“技术”。但是考察一下现实后,就知道这只能是狭义的技术。在它的外侧还有一个问题,即在这些生产活动中的“人际关系”或“人的关联方式”。这里我们认为广义的技术必须包括硬件、软件、人际关系这三项。只有具备了这三个要素,各个技术体系才能成立。这三个要素中的任何一个在技术与经济的结合中是不可缺少的。下面主要对作为技术要素的人际关系进行阐述。
The progress of science and technology is an important spring for enhancing economic power. Technology penetrates into society in many ways through economic activities. People use economic activities as a medium to accept the influence of technological progress. In the main activities of economic activities, hardware (mechanical equipment, etc.) and software (hardware skills) are indispensable. The synthesis of the two is understood as “technology.” However, after looking at the reality, we know that this can only be a narrow technique. There is also a question on its outer side, namely “personal relations” or “people’s associations” in these production activities. Here we believe that the broad technology must include hardware, software, and human relationships. Only with these three elements can all technical systems be established. Any of these three elements is indispensable in the combination of technology and economy. The following mainly describes the human relationships as technical elements.
