本文简述了现有到达解体系统分析方法的不足。运用计算机按该系统的到达、技检、推峰、解体四级作业过程进行了实时仿真:分析了进行到达解体系统仿真时的的统计特性、模拟班数要求;并在解体能力一定的双推单溜放条件下分析了到达场股道数、列检组数、驼峰负荷水平对系统各参数的影响;从而寻求出在各种负荷下各项设备的最优组合。
This article outlines the shortcomings of existing methods for reaching disintegration systems. The real-time simulation of arrival, technical inspection, push-to-peak, and disassembly of the system was carried out by using computer. The statistical characteristics of the system during the disintegration system simulation were analyzed, and the requirement of the number of classes was simulated. Under the condition of single slip, the influence of the number of arrival tracks, inspection group number and hump load level on the parameters of the system was analyzed. The optimum combination of each equipment under various loads was obtained.
