在师德教育中,我们注意从教师的实际出发,发扬改革精神,做到组织发动形象化,理论学习具体化,辅助活动多样化。主要的做法和体会是: (一)组织发动形象化,就是选准“突破口”,开展活动。我们通过分析研究感到,“爱生”是师德的核心问题,也是当前学校中的一个突出问题,从这个问题入手,比较容易打开局面,造成声势。于是在层层统一思想的前提下,就选定“爱生”问题作为突破口,迈出了师德教育的第一步。在开展爱生活动中,我们抓了三件事:(1)抓宣传、造声势。我们
In the teacher-education education, we pay attention to the actual conditions of the teachers, carry forward the spirit of reform, organize the visualization of the organization, concretize theoretical learning, and diversify supporting activities. The main methods and experiences are as follows: (1) Organizing the visualization of the organization means selecting the right “breakthrough” and carrying out activities.
