1944年2月24日,在山东省利津县二区黄河东岸的东张村北首封锁沟内,由我八路军渤海军区同日军方面各派出代表,按照双方已经达成的协议,交换被俘人员。我方被营救获释的是清河区党委社会部长、清河行署公安局长李震,临淄县抗日民主政府县长李铁锋等人。我方释放的是一名叫山田井马的日空军飞行员。这位日军飞行员是怎样被我方俘虏的?为何要进行交换俘虏?
On February 24, 1944, representatives from the same Japanese army of the Bhai naval military field in the Eighth Route Army were sent representatives in the north of the East Zhangcun village on the east bank of the Yellow River in the second district of Lijin County, Shandong Province. According to the agreement reached by both sides, the detainees were exchanged . Our party was rescued by the Social Secretary of Qinghe District Party Committee, Public Security Bureau of Qinghe Administration Li Zhen, Linzi County Anti-Japanese Democratic Government Magistrate Li Tiefeng and others.
