甲型H1N1流感在全球范围内的广泛流行引起大家的高度重视。危重症甲型H1N1流感的治愈率很大程度上取决于患者是否发生继发感染,而医院感染预防和控制将对降低危重症甲型H1N1流感死亡率起到重要作用。首都医科大学附属北京佑安医院是卫生部指定的收治甲型H1N1流感危重症的定点医院之一,本文将总结甲型H1N1流感诊疗和医院感染预防和控制经验,为呼吸系统传染性疾病的预防和控制提供参考。
