由于世界煤炭市场不断变化,对我国煤炭的生产和销售带来了一定的影响,使煤炭市场一直处在不景气的环境之下。在这种情况下,对煤炭员工生产的积极性造成了一定的打击,使煤炭企业正常的生产活动受到了影响,在这样的情况之下,煤炭企业就应该加大对员工的思想政治教育工作,以此来恢复员工生产的积极性。基于这样的背景,本文主要对现阶段我国煤炭企业员工存在的思想问题进行分析,并根据出现的问题提出解决措施,以此体现思想政治教育工作的重要性。
