目的通过对各医疗机构室内空气监测结果分析,了解室内空气消毒的状况,提出改进措施。方法从1999-2008年连续10年对宝鸡市市辖20家医疗机构的室内空气消毒效果进行采样检测。结果 10年间共监测室内空气272份,合格164份,合格率60.3%;市辖二级以上医院与厂矿医院比较空气合格率相近,二者无显著性差异。结论各医疗机构应加强落实空气消毒措施,推广应用新设备、新仪器,进一步提高空气消毒质量,防止医院感染的发生。
Objective To analyze the indoor air monitoring results of various medical institutions to understand the situation of indoor air disinfection and propose improvement measures. Methods The indoor air disinfection effects of 20 medical institutions in Baoji City were sampled and tested for 10 consecutive years from 1999 to 2008. Results A total of 272 indoor air were monitored over the 10 years, with a passing rate of 164, with a pass rate of 60.3%. There was no significant difference in air passing rates between hospitals above Grade II and above designated hospitals. Conclusion All medical institutions should step up the implementation of air disinfection measures, promote the use of new equipment and new instruments to further improve the quality of air disinfection and prevent the occurrence of nosocomial infections.
