蹇锡高教授、博士生导师、中国工程院院士,有机高分子材料专家.1946年出生于重庆,1969年毕业于大连理工大学,1988—1990年留学加拿大.现任大连理工大学高分子材料研究所所长、辽宁省高性能树脂工程技术研究中心主任,兼任《中国材料进展》副理事长、中国塑料加工工业协会科技咨询委员会副主任、中国新材料技术协会名誉会长等职.蹇锡高院士,长期从事有机高分子材料创新与产业化研究,先后完成国家重点科技攻关、军工配套、“863”、高技术产业化
