近年来,动漫产业在国家政策扶持下,蓬勃发展。然而,作为担负着培养高素质劳动者的中职学校,特别是一些二、三线城市的职校,未能迎合动漫产业化背景下人才发展的需求,培养合格的动漫人才。现阶段中职动漫专业存在教学历史短暂,师资力量薄弱,课程设置不合理,硬件设备落后,培养的人才质量不高等问题。针对存在问题,本文探索从准确定位目标,完善师资队伍,改革课程体系,加强校企合作等四个方面进行改革,为中职动漫专业建设提供借鉴与参考。
In recent years, the animation industry has flourished with the support of the national policy. However, as a vocational school responsible for training high-quality laborers, especially in secondary and tertiary cities, vocational schools failed to meet the needs of talent development in the context of cartoon and industrialization and cultivate qualified animation talents. At this stage, there are some shortcomings in the teaching of animation in secondary vocational schools, such as short teaching history, weak teaching staff, unreasonable curriculum, backward hardware and equipment, and poor quality of qualified personnel. In view of the existing problems, this article explores the reform from the four aspects of accurately targeting, improving the teaching staff, reforming the curriculum system, and strengthening the cooperation between school and enterprise so as to provide reference and reference for the construction of animation major in secondary vocational school.
