抗肿瘤药物对生精功能的损害已引起人们的高度关注。但确切机制尚不清楚,可能与抗肿瘤药物直接损伤生精细胞,促进生精细胞的凋亡,抑制精原细胞的分化及自由基损伤等机制有关。目前尚无公认的防治措施,研究者从不同的角度提出了几种可能的保护措施:激素疗法,应用成纤维细胞生长因子,借助现代辅助生育技术及移植精原干细胞等。随着现代生殖生育技术的发展,一定会有办法解决患者化疗后的生育问题。
Antitumor drugs damage the function of spermatogenesis has aroused great concern. However, the exact mechanism is not yet clear, and may be directly related to anti-tumor drugs damage spermatogenic cells, promote apoptosis of spermatogenic cells, inhibition of spermatogonial differentiation and free radical damage and other mechanisms. There is no recognized prevention and control measures. Researchers have put forward several possible protective measures from different perspectives: hormone therapy, application of fibroblast growth factor, modern assisted reproductive technology and transplantation of spermatogonial stem cells. With the development of modern reproductive technology, there will be ways to solve the problem of fertility after chemotherapy.
