目的:从老参地土壤中分离得到一株对西洋参锈腐病菌具有良好拮抗作用的菌株F05,对该菌株的发酵培养基进行了初步研究,确定了其最佳培养基组成。方法:利用单因素试验和均匀设计试验优化培养基组分。结果:优化结果碳源为玉米秆粉,氮源为磷酸氢二铵,无机盐为硫酸镁、磷酸氢二钾,质量分数分别为3.720 6%,0.531 2%,0.035 5%,0.040 0%,优化后活菌生物量为1.57×109CFU.mL-1。
OBJECTIVE: To isolate a strain F05 which has a good antagonistic activity against the pathogen of Panax ginseng from the soil of Ginseng, and to study the fermentation medium of the strain F05. The optimum medium composition was determined. Methods: Optimize media components using single factor experiments and uniform design experiments. Results: The optimal carbon source was corn stalk powder, nitrogen source was diammonium phosphate, inorganic salts were magnesium sulfate and dipotassium phosphate, the mass fractions were 3.720 6%, 0.531 2%, 0.035 5%, 0.040 0% After optimization, the viable biomass was 1.57 × 109CFU.mL-1.
