针对同一著者在不同期刊上的姓名著录不一致的问题,为了减少对中国著者姓名的混淆和引用缩写形式不唯一,倡导我国著者姓前名后,形成统一的姓名顺序;当名为两个字时,名之间使用连接符且每个字的首字母大写,有利于在引用时将两个字的首字母均保留,从而形成相对统一的缩写形式。英文期刊应尊重不同国家姓名规则的习惯用法,采取姓全大写,名首字母大写,可以最大限度地避免误将名当作姓。
