一、引言用光学方法分析位相物体是一个重要课题。检测位相物体最通用的方法有两种:一是干涉法,另一是相衬法,由于这些系统难于调整并且要求相当高的机械稳定性,在许多实用问题中,宁可采用半定量方法进行测量。
I. INTRODUCTION It is an important issue to analyze phase objects by optical method. There are two most common ways to detect a phase object: one is the interferometry and the other is the phase contrast method. Since these systems are difficult to tune and require very high mechanical stability, semi-quantitative methods are preferred for many practical problems .
