我国地震区的建筑物,有很多是未考虑抗震的,而近年来我国的几次大地震,又有一些是发生在低烈度区。这就向我们提出了一个问题,即对地震区已有的建筑物,应当怎样来评价它的抗震能力?震害预测课题就是为解决这类问题提出来的。
There are many buildings in China’s earthquake zone that do not consider earthquake resistance. In recent years, several major earthquakes in China have occurred in low-intensity areas. This raises the question of how we should evaluate the earthquake-resistant capacity of existing buildings in the seismic zone. The earthquake damage prediction project is proposed to solve this type of problem.
