为了推动宣传推行邮政编码工作深入开展,我们制定了上海市邮电管理局1989年宣传推行邮政编码工作计划。经过全局上下的一致努力,取得了较显著的成效,全面完成了预定的目标和任务。以下是我们的做法和体会。第一,地方政府和有关部门的支持配合,是开展邮政编码对外宣传推行工作的重要力量。第二,加强组织领导,一级抓一级,抓好局内职工的宣传教育,是开展对外宣传工作的保证。
In order to promote the implementation of the postal code work in depth, we formulated the postal code work plan for the Shanghai Post and Telecommunications Administration in 1989. After concerted efforts from above and below the whole world, it has achieved remarkable results and completed the scheduled goals and tasks in an all-round way. The following is our approach and experience. First, the support and cooperation of local governments and relevant departments is an important force in carrying out the publicity and implementation of postal codes. Second, strengthening organization and leadership, grasping one level at a time and doing a good job of propaganda and education among the staff in the bureau is a guarantee for carrying out the propaganda work for the outside world.
