脑血管疾病及脑肿瘤作CT检查时要作造影剂增强。最近Haslam等人报告了4例小儿脑肿瘤患者,由于CT增强出现了严重的危险,其中2例死亡。本文介绍由于CT增强产生的危险性及其预防方法。
Cerebral vascular disease and brain tumors for CT examination to be enhanced contrast agent. Recently, Haslam et al. Reported 4 pediatric patients with brain tumors, two of whom died as a result of the serious risk of CT enhancement. This article describes the risks due to CT enhancement and how to prevent it.
