目的建立测定抗菌洗手液中乙二醇苯醚的高效液相色谱法。方法在C18(4.6mm×250mm,5μm)色谱柱上,以甲醇+水=80+20为流动相,流速为1.0 ml/min,检测波长为280 nm,柱温为25℃下检测。结果用该方法检测乙二醇苯醚相对标准偏差小于2.08%,加标回收率在97.7%~100.2%之间。结论方法操作简便、快速、灵敏度高,可为抗菌洗手液中乙二醇苯醚的常规分析和有效成分的质量控制提供参考。
Objective To establish a HPLC method for the determination of ethylene glycol phenyl ether in antimicrobial hand sanitizer. Methods The mobile phase consisted of methanol + water = 80 + 20 at a flow rate of 1.0 ml / min on a C18 (4.6 mm × 250 mm, 5 μm) column with a detection wavelength at 280 nm and a column temperature of 25 ° C. Results The relative standard deviations (RSDs) of phenyl ether of glycol ethers were less than 2.08%. The recoveries of spiked samples ranged from 97.7% to 100.2%. Conclusion The method is simple, rapid and sensitive. It can provide a reference for routine analysis and quality control of ethylene glycol phenyl ether in antibacterial hand lotion.
