依托广西石化1 000万吨/年炼油项目为代表的三项工程实践,建立天然地基大型油罐沉降的二维有限元模型,分析了油罐沉降。此外,根据实际监测结果,调整二维平面模型,通过反演给出合适的岩土层参数。三项工程计算结果表明:二维数值方法适用于天然地基大型油罐沉降分析,其计算结果稍大于实际监测结果,可保证设计安全;油罐沉降是一个长期的过程,需加强后期监测与控制。
Relying on Guangxi Petrochemical 10 million tons / year oil refining project as the representative of the three engineering practice, the establishment of large-scale two-dimensional finite element model of natural oil tank settlement, analysis of the tank settlement. In addition, based on the actual monitoring results, the two-dimensional plane model is adjusted and the appropriate parameters of rock and soil layers are given by inversion. The calculation results of the three projects show that the two-dimensional numerical method is suitable for large-scale oil tank settlement analysis of natural foundation. The calculation results are slightly larger than the actual monitoring results to ensure the design safety. The tank settlement is a long-term process, which needs to be strengthened later monitoring and control .
