在合成的脂肪酸型和焦磷酸型异丙氧基钛酸醋偶联剂混和物中,钛酸酯含量的测定文献上未见有报道。本文介绍三种测定钛酸酯含量的方法,薄层色谱法(包括外标法和面积归一化法),重量法和电位滴定求酸值法。文中列出各种方法通用算式和范围,并对各种方法略加比较。 (一)仪器及操作 1.薄层色谱:常规制板,板原1mm,浙江黄岩薄层分析用硅胶G。展开剂:环已烷:甲苯=1:1和甲苯:丙酮=1:1。外标法:用溴甲酚绿显色。归一化法在碘蒸汽中显色。组份Ⅰ(Rf值在两种展开剂中分别在0.63和0.98)为脂肪酸异丙酯,组份Ⅱ(Rf值在0.07和0.66)为脂肪酸,组份Ⅲ(Rf值均在0)为钛酸
In the synthesis of fatty acid and pyrophosphate type isopropoxy titanate coupling agent mixture, the determination of titanate content has not been reported in the literature. This article describes three methods for the determination of titanate content, thin-layer chromatography (including external standardization and area normalization), gravimetric and potentiometric titration acid value method. The article lists the general formulas and ranges for each method and compares them slightly. (A) equipment and operation 1. Thin-layer chromatography: conventional system board, plate original 1mm, Zhejiang Huangyan thin layer of silica gel G analysis. Developing agent: cyclohexane: toluene = 1: 1 and toluene: acetone = 1: 1. External standard method: bromocresol green color. Normalization method in iodine steam color. Component I (Rf 0.63 and 0.98 respectively in both developing solvents) was isopropyl fatty acid, component II (Rf values at 0.07 and 0.66) were fatty acids and component III (Rf values were at zero) was titanium acid
