矿井生产条件和煤的性质各有不同,因此,防治煤尘爆炸措施的效果,在很大程度上取决于其爆炸性主参数的测定效能和可靠性。煤尘爆炸危险性是以其可爆性的下限值衡量(即用空气中可传播爆炸的最低含尘量或使煤尘失去燃烧能力时的惰性岩粉添加量表示)。煤的性质在矿井煤层范围内有变化,因此,上述参数应根据矿井提供的煤样由苏联东方煤矿安全工作科学研究所(简称东方煤研所)和马克耶夫煤矿安全工作科学研究所(简称马克尼),在实验室进行定期测定。
Mine production conditions and the nature of coal are different, therefore, to control the effect of coal dust explosion measures, to a large extent depends on its explosive main parameters of the measured efficiency and reliability. The risk of a coal dust explosion is measured by its lower limit of explosiveness, which is expressed as the minimum amount of dust contained in the air that can propagate an explosion or the amount of inert rock dust added when coal dust loses its ability to burn. Therefore, the above parameters should be based on coal samples provided by the mine by the Soviet Union Eastern Institute of Coal Mine Safety Institute (referred to as Dongfang Coal Research Institute) and Mackayef Coal Mine Safety Institute of Work (referred to as Makeni), in the laboratory for regular determination.
