测定了3个品种苦荞麦不同生育期主要器官的黄酮和营养成分。结果表明,3个品种的苦荞从苗期至籽粒成熟期的黄酮含量呈由高到低的S形变化趋势,即从苗期至孕蕾期逐渐下降,孕蕾期至成熟期呈现低—高—低的变化趋势;营养生长期各器官黄酮含量由高到低依次为叶、茎、根,但进入生殖生长期后为花、叶、茎、根。粗蛋白、脂肪和粗纤维在整个生长发育期呈先增加后降低的抛物线变化趋势,即营养生长阶段增加,其中粗蛋白、脂肪在盛花期最高,粗纤维在孕蕾期最高,成熟期3种营养物质含量最低;除脂肪外,粗蛋白、粗纤维不同时期含量差异较大,品种间差异显著。
The flavonoids and nutrients of the main organs of tartary buckwheat at different growth stages were determined. The results showed that the flavonoids content of tartary buckwheat from seedling stage to grain ripening stage showed a S-shaped trend from high to low, that is, decreasing gradually from the seedling stage to the budding stage and low from the budding stage to the mature stage High and low. The flavonoids in different organs in vegetative growth stage were leaves, stems and roots from high to low, but they were flower, leaf, stem and root after entering the reproductive growth stage.
