应用2.59MHz的高频消融心室肌和兔实验性心律失常的兴奋灶。结果表明,高频可引起心肌局灶性凝固性坏死;高频消融乌头碱注射部位,可使实验性心律失常恢复正常的时间明显缩短。高频消融未见有并发症。
