【目的】指出解决著者身份识别的有效途径。【方法】通过对14种SCI收录的地学科技期刊的研究发现,期刊著者身份存在歧义,在标识文章作者的信息和参考文献引用的规范各不相同,被不同国际数据库收录的著者标识标准也各不相同。【结果】通过出版机构和数据库收录方规范作者姓名标识、规范数字平台的存取以及利用注册标识号来关联作者信息和学术成果等相关信息是解决作者身份识别的有效途径。【结论】可以使科研人员文献信息传播准确,进行有效的知识共享,进而推进我国期刊的发展、完善科研管理和有关统计及学术论文的评估工作。
【Objective】 To point out the effective way to solve the author’s identification. 【Method】 Through the study of geoscience journals included in 14 kinds of SCIs, it is found that there are ambiguities in the authorship of periodicals. The author’s information and the references quoted in different norms are different. The author’s identification standards included in different international databases are also different Are not the same. 【Results】 It is an effective way to solve the author’s identity through the author’s name identification, the access of digital platform and the use of registration identification number to correlate author information and academic achievement through the publisher and database taker. 【Conclusion】 It is possible to make the dissemination of documents and information of researchers more accurate and to carry out effective knowledge sharing so as to promote the development of periodicals in our country and improve the evaluation of scientific research management and relevant statistics and academic papers.
