本文分析了多绳提升机减速器弹簧支座的弹簧常数影响提升系统自然频率和系统诸元件动荷变化的规律性。道出了频率和启动階段各振动元件位移的表达式,根据实际数据,绘出了相应的曲線。此外对系统可能出现的干扰频率也作了分析。这些结果给合理选择支座弹簧常数,提供了动力学上的依据。
The paper analyzes the regularity that the spring constant of the spring support of the multi-rope hoister reducer affects the natural frequency of the lifting system and the dynamic changes of the system components. The expression of displacement of each vibration element in frequency and start-up phase is presented. Corresponding curves are drawn according to the actual data. In addition, the possible interference frequency of the system is also analyzed. These results provide a kinetic basis for a reasonable choice of bearing spring constants.
