什么是燃烧热?苏教版和人教版选修教材《化学反应原理》分别给出了不同的规定。这两种规定到底哪种更为合理?笔者以为这两种规定均有一定的缺陷。化学热力学规定,在101kPa 的压强下,1mol 物质完全燃烧时的热效应叫做该物质的标准摩尔燃烧热,简称标准燃烧热,单位为 kJ·mol~(-1)。标准燃烧热则是以燃烧产物为参照物的相对值,因此只有对燃烧产物做严格的规定,才能使燃烧热成为有用的热力学数据。热力学
What is the heat of combustion? The textbooks on “Chemical Reaction Principles” of the Jiangsu Education Press and the People’s Education Press give different rules. Which of the two regulations is more reasonable? The author believes that both of these provisions have certain flaws. Chemical thermodynamics stipulates that under the pressure of 101 kPa, the thermal effect when 1 mol of material is completely burned is called the standard molar combustion heat of the material, and it is abbreviated as standard heat of combustion in units of kJ·mol~(-1). The standard heat of combustion is the relative value of the product of combustion as a reference, so only the strict specification of the combustion products can make the heat of combustion a useful thermodynamic data.
