大学生党员支教近年来在国家提倡科教兴国的战略下得到突飞猛进的发展,组建党员支教队在一定程度上推动了当地教育水平的提高。然而目前存在的部分大学生党员入党动机不纯、支教期限太短、外部干扰、教学内容针对性不强以及支教队员责任感不强等问题严重影响了支教活动的质量和意义,因此,端正入党动机、采取延长支教时间、减轻甚至消除外部因素的干扰、提高教学活动的针对性以及加强大学生党员的自身素质对于提高大学生党员支教活动的意义起着重要的战略意义。
In recent years, under the strategy of advocating science and education through science and education, the undergraduate student party branch education has made rapid development.
