随着我国社会主义工业建设事业的发展,各工业部门对各种性能的钢材的需要日益增长,其中包括高温下抗氧化性能的钢材。目前工业上采用的耐热钢都是高成份的合金钢,其价格很贵,故研究用普通的碳钢和铸铁表面渗铝的方法来提高普通钢材的抗高温氧化的能力,有很大的意义。渗铝后的碳钢和铸铁可代替耐热钢作各种加热炉条、锅炉炉条、汽车和拖拉机的煤气发生炉炉条、渗碳箱、淬火夹具等。目前工业上虽有用普通碳钢和铸铁制造这些工件的,然而其使用寿命很短。渗铝是化学热处理的一种。这方面的研究工作虽做了不少,然而生产上尚不能广泛地采用,因此有进一步研究的必要。
With the development of our country’s socialist industrial construction, there is an increasing demand of various industrial sectors for steel with various properties, including steel with high oxidation resistance under high temperature. Currently used in industrial heat-resistant steels are high-alloy steel, the price is expensive, so the study of ordinary carbon steel and cast iron surface aluminizing method to improve the ability of ordinary steel high temperature oxidation, a great significance. Aluminized carbon steel and cast iron can be replaced by heat-resistant steel for a variety of heating furnace, boiler furnace, car and tractor gas furnace stove, carburizing box, quenching fixture. Although the current industrial use of ordinary carbon steel and cast iron to make these parts, but its service life is very short. Aluminizing is a chemical heat treatment. Although a lot of research work done in this area, but not yet widely used in production, so there is a need for further research.
