吗拉西嗪（Mor）对心律失常的疗效已充分肯定。为进一步探讨该药临床使用的安全性，笔者观察了该药对阵发性室上速（PSVT）患者窦房结（SN）和房室结（AVN）功能的影响。临床资料PSVT患者20例，男9例，女11例，平均年龄38±18（10～68）岁。窦性心律时。动电图（ECG）正常16例
