目的:研究海南血桐提取物对自由基的抑制作用,以评价其抗氧化活性。方法:以Vc为阳性对照,采用流动注射化学发光法通过测量海南血桐提取物与鲁米诺-H2O2体系反应后的发光强度来评价海南血桐对自由基的抑制活性;采用分光光度法测量溶液吸光度的变化来研究海南血桐提取物对羟基自由基和超氧阴离子的抑制活性。结果:流动注射化学发光法发现海南血桐提取物在低浓度时对自由基的抑制活性强于相同浓度的Vc溶液;分光光度法发现海南血桐干叶子提取物对羟基自由基的抑制活性强于相同浓度下Vc的抑制活性。结论:海南血桐提取物具有明显的抗氧化活性,其中干叶子提取物的抑制效果最强。
Objective: To study the inhibitory effect of Macaranga tanarius extract on free radicals in order to evaluate its antioxidant activity. Methods: Vc was used as a positive control. Flow injection chemiluminescence was used to evaluate the inhibitory activity of Macarangilt konanii on free radicals by measuring the luminescence intensity of Macaranga tanarius extract and luminol-H2O2 reaction system. The spectrophotometric method Solution absorbance changes to study the Macaques extract of hydroxyl radicals and superoxide anion inhibitory activity. Results: Flow injection chemiluminescence assay showed that the inhibition of free radicals by Macaranga tannin extract was stronger than that of the same concentration of Vc solution at low concentration. The inhibitory activity of the extract of dried leaves of Macrophylla in Hainan on hydroxyl radicals was high by spectrophotometry Vc inhibitory activity at the same concentration. Conclusion: Macaranga tanaka extract has obvious anti-oxidation activity, of which the dry leaves extract has the strongest inhibitory effect.
