整合经理能使公司台并更为成功,但前提是公司高层要知人善任。近年来,CEO们经常会在发生大规模合并或购并之后指派中高层主管人员暂时脱产半年到1年,担任整合经理,帮助领导公司的整合工作。然而,尽管整合经理能在实现公司合并目标方起到重要的作用,但是如何具体发挥这种作用却常使CEO们伤透脑筋,这是因为他们大多缺乏公司合并的经验,因而也无章可循。于是,整合经理们的工作成效也就参差不齐。
