我是一位工作才四年的青年教师,在这几年的工作教学中遇到不少问题,也在不断向前辈教师学习和请教过程中积累经验。今年我任教的是三年级,而三年级开始采用新教材。拿到书本阅览后,犹如手中端了一块铁块。让我欢喜的是改版的新教材较之前教材更加新颖,图片人物更加卡通可爱,单词量减少,并且知识点也降低了难度。而让我忧的是配套练习册中的题目并未与教材难易度相
