我国职业病防治工作任重而道远,职业病的特点决定了职业医学医师必须是具有多种职业素质和实际应用能力的复合型人才。目前职业医学人才培养的教学模式仍以传统的课堂讲授为主,需要进一步改进提高。在情景模拟条件下,问题导向式学习(Problem-bosed Learrning,PBL)教学模式能有效地提高职业医学人才的综合分析和实际应用能力。该文对职业病临床教学中采用PBL教学模式的必要性,PBL教学的优势、实施步骤以及如何与情景教学相结合、存在的问题进行了综述。
The prevention and treatment of occupational diseases in our country have a long way to go. The characteristics of occupational diseases determine that the occupational medicine physicians must be compound talents with various occupational qualities and practical application abilities. At present, the teaching mode of vocational medical personnel training is still dominated by the traditional classroom teaching and needs to be further improved and improved. Under scenario simulation, Problem-based Learning (PBL) teaching mode can effectively improve the comprehensive analysis and practical application ability of professional medical personnel. This article summarizes the necessity of using PBL teaching mode in clinical teaching of occupational diseases, the advantages of PBL teaching, the implementation steps and how to integrate with situational teaching.
