蘭州市首批志願赴朝手術隊於4月27日晨出發。各民族和各界代表3,000多人舉行了歡送大會。該隊共31人,由蘭州大學醫學院副教授靳士耀任隊長。
Lanzhou City, the first volunteers to North Korea surgery team on the morning of April 27 departure. Over 3,000 people of all nationalities and from all walks of life held a farewell party. The team a total of 31 people, by the Lanzhou University Medical School associate professor Jin Shiyao served as captain.
