[目的]观察西药配合辨证分型消化性溃疡效果。[方法]选取我院在2007年1月2011年12月间收治的72例消化性溃疡患者,将72例患者随机分为两组。对照组36例口服奥美拉唑、甲硝唑、铝碳酸镁;治疗组36例在对照组治疗基础上采用中医辨证分型治疗。治疗2周随访6个月判定疗效。[结果]治疗组总有效率为91.70%,对照组总有效率为72.20%,临床疗效治疗组优于对照组。[结论]针对消化性溃疡疾病,采用西药配合辨证分型治疗的临床效果更为显著,对于患者病情的改善帮助较大,值得在临床推广应用。
[Objective] To observe the effect of western medicine with syndrome differentiation peptic ulcer. [Methods] Seventy-two patients with peptic ulcer admitted to our hospital from January 2007 to December 2011 were selected and 72 patients were randomly divided into two groups. 36 cases in the control group were given omeprazole, metronidazole and magnesium aluminum carbonate. 36 cases in the treatment group were treated with TCM syndrome differentiation based on the treatment of the control group. Treatment 2 weeks followed up 6 months to determine the efficacy. [Results] The total effective rate was 91.70% in the treatment group and 72.20% in the control group. The clinical efficacy of the treatment group was better than that of the control group. [Conclusion] For peptic ulcer disease, the clinical effect of western medicine combined with syndrome differentiation is more significant. It is helpful to improve the condition of patients and is worth popularizing in clinic.
