中国科学院第五次文献情报工作会议于2000年9月20日至22日在北京召开,这是五年来全院文献情报系统的又一次盛会。来自院文献情报系统的近130位代表出席了会议,院出版图书情报委员会领导、院有关部门领导、科技部、教育部和文化部的有关领导,国家科技图书文献中心、国家图书馆和CALIS系统的领导应邀出席会议。院出版图书情报委员会主任、院党委副书记郭传杰在开幕式上以《深化改革,开拓创新,构建我院新世纪现代化文献信息新体系》为题作了工作报告,在闭幕式上又作了重要指示。会议期间,院出版图书情报委员会副主任、院文献情报中心主任徐引篪就《中国科学院知识创新工程文献情报系统试点方案》作了要点发言。院出版图书情报委员会副主任、院综合计划局副局长许平就《中国科学院文献情报“十五”计划纲要》作了要点发言。大会执行秘书长孟连生研究馆员就《中国科学院科学数字图书馆建设方案》作了要点发言。院上海有机化学研究所等12个单位的代表在大会上分别介绍了本单位在为科学研究和知识创新服务中的做法和经验。与会代表认真回顾和总结了“九五”期间院文献情报系统建设的成就、经验和存在的问题,并在此基础上对“十五”期间院文献情报工
The Fifth Documentary Information Conference of the Chinese Academy of Sciences was held in Beijing from September 20 to September 22, 2000. During the meeting, Xu Yinchi, deputy director of the Library Information Publishing Commission and director of the Center for Documentation and Information of the Institute, made a keynote speech on “Pilot Program of the Documentation and Information System of Knowledge Innovation Project of CAS”. Xu Ping, deputy director of the Library Information Publishing Commission and deputy director of the Comprehensive Planning Bureau of the institute, made a keynote speech on “Outline of the Tenth Five-year Plan” of Chinese Academy of Sciences. The executive secretary of the General Assembly Meng Liansheng research librarian made a keynote speech on “Chinese Academy of Sciences Digital Library Construction Program”. At the conference, representatives of 12 institutes, including the Shanghai Institute of Organic Chemistry, introduced their practices and experiences in serving scientific research and knowledge innovation respectively.
