从分析我国大部分企业目前所面临的采购难题入手,界定了第三方采购的涵义,阐述了第三方采购的优势,据此说明了第三方采购对传统采购的颠覆,最后重点论述并提出了我国企业在实际应用中引入第三方采购的时机选择。
