由于进口试剂价格昂贵，成本太高，人们就进口试剂国产化开展研究。本文对Cell－dyn1400全自动血球分析仪的稀释液进行了探讨并与进口稀释液两者进行比较。结果准确度精密度均好，重现性一致，并且两种稀释液测定值高度相关。
Due to the high cost of imported reagents and the high cost, people conducted research on the localization of imported reagents. In this paper, the dilutions of the Cell-dyn1400 automated hematology analyzer were investigated and compared with both imported diluents. The accuracy of the results was good in precision, consistent in reproducibility, and the measured values of the two dilutions were highly correlated.
