作者从历时１０多年的《中美心（肺）血管病流行病学合作研究》课题中，结合科研实施的需要，发挥护理工作在科研调查中的作用，摸索、总结出一套适合基层、街道、厂企、农村实际的群体心血管病调查研究的护理组织管理方法和内容，强调检前组织工作的准备与调查现场环境的管理，做好调查对象的心理护理和质量控制管理，为课题研究成果的科学性、可靠性和可比性提供了有力的保证。
From the subject of “Study on the epidemiology of cardiovascular disease in China and the United States”, which has lasted for more than 10 years, the author combined the needs of scientific research to give play to the role of nursing in scientific research, and explored and summed up a suit for the grassroots and the streets. The management methods and content of nursing organizations for the actual group cardiovascular disease investigation in rural areas, factories, and rural areas emphasize the preparation of pre-inspection organization work and the management of the investigation site environment, and do a good job in the psychological care and quality control management of the surveyed subjects. The scientificity, reliability and comparability of the results provide a strong guarantee.
