本研究的目的是寻找一种不太牺性其他性能,只改变燃烧室即可降低NO_x排放的有效途径,本试验研究对减少NO_x排放有重要效果,本文介绍一种为改善主燃烧室的燃烧和缩短放热周期而设计的带新型燃烧室的活塞,其作用是使从喷管喷入主燃烧室的火焰及所形成的双涡流有效地促进混合气的混合而实现完全燃烧。实验结果证实了新活塞顶燃烧室在减少NO_x、碳烟和HC排放方面很有效。
The purpose of this study is to find an effective way to reduce NO_x emissions without sacrificing other properties. The experimental study has an important effect on reducing NO_x emissions. In this paper, a method to improve the combustion of the main combustion chamber And shortening the exothermic cycle designed with a new combustion chamber piston, the role of the nozzle is injected into the main combustion chamber from the flame and the resulting double vortex effectively promote the mixing of the mixture to achieve complete combustion. The experimental results confirm that the new piston top combustion chamber is effective in reducing NO x, soot and HC emissions.
