随着近些年来高校的不断扩招,社会人员的就业压力逐渐增大,高职院校毕业生的就业形势更是严峻。造成高职院校毕业生就业困难的主要原因就是专业技能不达标,而学生专业技能不达标与高职教学是密切相关的。本文首先总结了高职教学在培养高技能人才方面存在的问题,继而针对这些问题提出了解决措施,希望对高职院校的教学改革提供帮助。
With the continuous enrollment expansion of colleges and universities in recent years, the employment pressure of social workers is gradually increasing, and the employment situation of higher vocational college graduates is even more serious. The main reason that causes the employment difficulty of higher vocational college graduates is that the professional skills are not up to standard, while the students’ professional skills are not up to standard and the teaching of higher vocational education is closely related. This article first summarizes the problems in higher vocational education in training high-skilled personnel, and then puts forward solutions to these problems, hoping to provide help to the teaching reform in higher vocational colleges.
