雌、孕激素异常可引起多种子宫内膜病变,此类病变涵盖范围广泛,包括反应性病变、增生性病变和雌激素依赖性子宫内膜癌等。目前国内外对此类内膜病变的分类、辨别判定依据争议不断,尤其是癌前病变。如何从病理形态上对此类病变,尤其是癌前病变,给予恰当的定义或名称,一直困扰着无数妇科病理学家。为更好地与临床沟通,现将此类病变的变化和争议做一总结。
