黄体血肿破裂是妇科急腹症之一,常误为宫外孕、急性阑尾炎而施行手术。本文分析黄体血肿破裂13例,以引起临床重视。临床资料本文总结1982年2月至1987年2月经病理组织学确诊为黄体血肿13例,发生于右侧11例,左侧2例,术前确诊仅2例。余11例则误诊为宫外孕、急性阑尾炎、卵巢囊肿蒂扭转、附件炎性包块等,误诊率为84.6％。本病多发生在生
Luteal hematoma rupture is one of gynecological acute abdomen, often mistaken for ectopic pregnancy, acute appendicitis and surgery. This analysis of luteal hematoma rupture in 13 cases, to cause clinical attention. Clinical data This article summarizes 13 cases of luteal hematoma confirmed by histopathology from February 1982 to February 1987 and occurred in 11 cases on the right side and 2 cases on the left side. Only 2 cases were diagnosed preoperatively.
