欠发达地区高校学科馆员制过渡模式的探究

目前,国内的高校图书馆纷纷投入到学科馆员制的改革中,全国已有数十所高校建立起学科馆员制。然而,在欠发达地区的高校图书馆,直接推行学科馆员制存在很多现实困难,难以一步到位,于是提出“学科馆员制过渡模式”的思考和构想,以促使欠发达地区的高校图书馆能够从实际出发,循序渐进地开展革新进程,为最终实现学科馆员制做必要铺垫。

At present, the domestic university libraries have put themselves into the reform of the subject librarian system, and dozens of colleges and universities across the country have set up the subject librarian system. However, in the underdeveloped university libraries, the direct implementation of the subject librarian system has many realistic difficulties and difficulties in one step. Therefore, the author puts forward the thinking and conception of “the transition mode of subject librarian system” so as to make the underdeveloped universities The library can take the reality as a starting point and carry out the reform process in a gradual and orderly manner, so as to make necessary groundwork for the ultimate realization of the subject librarian system.
