价值链分析是判定企业竞争优势劣势的一种系统分析方法。本文借鉴迈克尔.波特的价值链思想来阐述图书馆价值链的内涵及针对价值链中的基础活动提出建议,以广东轻工职业技术学院为例,构建高职特色的图书馆价值链。
Value chain analysis is a systematic method to determine the inferior position of competitive advantage. This paper draws lessons from Michael Porter ’s thought of value chain to expound the connotation of library value chain and puts forward suggestions for basic activities in the value chain. Taking Guangdong Light Industry Polytechnic as an example, it builds the library value chain of higher vocational education.
